Author's POV:

Arohi came out of the washroom after a very long crying session. When she opened the door, she saw Abhishek was feeding kids something. When the kids saw their mumma they motioned with their hands to call her.

She smiled slightly and went to them. They both got up from their father's lap and sat on her lap. They snuggled into her warmth and she kissed their heads. Abhi continued feeding them the oats he prepared.

"Don" Abhir said not wanting to eat more.

"No baby you have to finish your food or else Abhira will win" Abhishek made him understand but he was adamant on not eating.

"Bhai ish bed boy" Abhira giggled and teased Abhir. He frowned and pulled her hairs and they both started fighting.

To stop their fight, Abhishek pulled his princess in his lap and Arohi kept Abhir in hers'. "Very bad baby. You should not do like this to your sister na" Arohi scolded Abhir and he huffed.

"Abhira we don't tease our brother like this do we? See you have upset your big brother" Abhishek pointed towards Abhir who was frowing and pouting.

Abhira got down from Abhishek's lap and went to her brother. She cutely kissed his both cheeks and held her ears looking soooo cute. Abhir also melted seeing his little sister like this. He hugged her and they both giggled and laughed.

They both smiled looking at their kids antics. Abhishek kissed Arohi's head and she leaned into him. He caressed her arms and they looked at their kids talking in their gibberish language. Some words they understood but some words were beyond their knowledge.

"You feeling good?" He asked to which she just hummed. "Do you want to talk about it Aru? You know I'm right here to hear you out right?"

She looked at his face and can see the assurance in his gaze. "Later please. I am not ready for anything right now" a lone tear escaped her eye.

Her eyes are swollen and red from crying. She has been crying for weeks now and she is tired of it.

"I am always with you and our kids. I will never ever leave you wifey" he kissed her crown and she smiled closing her eyes.

The kids' banter stopped when they saw their parents snuggled to each others. They also went towards them and encircled their tiny tiny hands around them. They smiled at them and took them more into their embrace.

After that they fed them the food and gave their medicines. They all played together for some time before the kids fell asleep and they all slept like that.

On the other hand, Varun was siting in front of Ritika who was crying so much. After Arohi and Abhishek went to their room, Varun bought Ritika back to the penthouse. She is crying since then.

"Please stop crying Ritika. Bhabhi doesn't know a single thing and you lashed onto her like this. It's not fair na" Varun consoled her

"She doesn't know a single thing because she chose to leave Varun. She left us all" she cried even more.

"Hey hey come here. Stop crying" he held her in his arms and she snuggled into him more.

"Why did she leave when I needed her the most Varun" she asked when she stopped crying.

"She wouldn't have if she knew the truth Riti. You were the one who decided to keep it from them remember" he kissed her forehead and again a tear slipped her eye.

"I hid it because I didn't want to trouble them more. But She left me when I needed my best friend the most. She left jeeju when he needed his wife the most. Why didn't she stay to know the truth yrr" she cried out again.

"She was hurt Riti. Just like you were. You went through worst but she also went through so much na. Think from her side as well please" he made her understand but she couldn't.

"She thinks I never understood the pain behind her smile. Like me? I didn't understand? Varun I knew from day one that she was bothered and it was caused by jeeju. How can she think I never cared? I asked her multiple times. Not om eme but Sameer also. But she never told us anything and now she says we didn't care" She asked looking at him. Her eyes bloodshot red.

"So now you are going to punish her for all these Riti? You both went through the worst pain 4 years ago. Both had different reasons of pain but now that you both should hold onto each other and share your miseries, you are gonna fight like kids? Hold grudges against each other?" He slightly raised his voice.

"I don't want to do it Varun but I can't forget those days. You know what happened right. You know how much i needed her support but it was only you. I was alone Varun in that pain. Varun I needed her by my side when that thing happened to me" she sobbed louder.

"Bhabhi gave birth to 2 kids. She didn't have money, family or anyone. Do you think it was easier for her? Ritika you are being selfish here. Please forget and forgive" he wiped her tears which are not stopping.

"I don't think I can Varun. I can't forget that day ever" she rests her head on his shoulder. He sighs as he rubs her back and consoles her.

"I hope everything goes back to normal..." he thought.
